About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager/Instructional Systems Designer Lead to join our team in supporting a position for a bid.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee standardization and quality assurance of training product/program coordination and completion.
• Provide technical guidance to subordinate designers and developers, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.
• Set deadlines and assign responsibilities for all contracted personnel.
• Establish project timelines, advise on technical formats, and recommend effective media.
• Ensure compliance with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE model, Knowles Principles of Adult Learning Theory).
• Review and create storyboards, conduct gate reviews, and support annual training program evaluations.
• Maintain close communication with customers, team members, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Ensure 508 compliance on courseware and training materials.
• Provide input on training curricula and assist with developing materials, activities, and assessments.
• Communicate effectively with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Government leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional technology, or a similar field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in executing the full life cycle of the instructional systems design process (or 10 years of experience in lieu of the degree).
