The team you'll be part of
The Nokia AT&T Customer Delivery Management (CDM) team manages the end to end deployment of the Nokia UMTS/LTE/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) product line throughout the ATT Nokia markets, working closely with multiple delivery groups to deliver high quality mobility infrastructures for our customers. The ATT CDM team also has responsibility for identifying and driving new revenue streams, both within existing customer contracts as well
as emerging customers. The Program Operations Lead ATT position is a billable position which is responsible for materials management, ATT material claims process including resolution, ATT UserID management, and tools implementation/ support. The position will have responsibilities to work with internal Nokia teams, general contractors, and ATT personnel, as well.
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
In this role, you will be part of the CDM team that will work closely with the ATT delivery teams in several support areas to contribute to the success of the ATT program, tool implementation to support efficiency, and cost reduction related to deploy materials.

As part of our team, you will:
- Support material management between Nokia and our deployment general contractors
- Support material management for the ordering of ancillary materials needed to support major ATT deploy programs
- Respond to ATT material claims such as VAST and NICAT
- Collaboration across delivery teams and support organizations to remediate process failures for improved operational excellence
- Support on-going development of NDPd and related tools/processes to benefit the delivery teams
- Interface to NAM and Global tools teams on cross-Nokia tools coordination
Your skills and experience
- 10 years of experience in Mobile Network deployment related activities
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education
- Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment with exceptional team working skills
- Ability to impact and influence others into action
- Must have exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiating skills
- Experience in working in fast paced environments, at times with ambiguous deliverables
- Effective management of resources and development/implementation of plans and processes
- Highly independent and self-directed
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- PMP Certification, through PMI
- Experience working with AT&T Mobility, understands customer organizational structure, processes, and tools.
- Ability to travel when needed
