Program Operations Manager, Learning and Culture
Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Program Operations Manager to join our growing Learning and Culture Team. The Operations Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating key elements of the onboarding experience as well as technical and logistical details across the Learning & Culture team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with learning, DEI, Onboarding and/or talent programs and have a strong detail and customer-service orientation. We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating innovative experiences that have a measurable impact on employee engagement, our communities, and on our Airtable employees.Â

What you'll do- Supporting the scheduling and logistics of Learning and Culture programs across the company, including leadership experiences, manager development training, and all-employee workshops Â
- Support includes: calendaring, tracking registration and attendance, sending pre-work & tracking completion, sending swag to program participants, scheduling communications to go out for program reminders/reinforcements, working with facilitator to secure materials needed for program, producing sessions on ZOOM, sending materials ahead of time for in person sessions, partnering with workplaces for in-person set up, creating evals for programs.
- Managing the L&D Airtable bases - coaching, L&D programs, and evals
- Delivering dashboards on program experience and attendance for leaders and HRBPs

- Ability to manage multiple demands, and prioritize/push back when neededÂ
