Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a Program Specialist! CLEAResult is seeking a Program Specialist with excellent communication and organizational skills to work as part of our Nashville, Tennessee-based team supporting the TVA EnergyRight Residential program. The Program Specialist position provides support to the Administrative Department and helps ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role can encompass multiple areas, including data management, inventory management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

Successful candidates for this role will reside in or near Nashville.

• Maintain program scope reporting and goal setting and facilitate professional program stakeholder interaction
• Produce regular reports while ensuring compliance with terms of the contract, the relevance of content, and professional presentation
• Accurately review all submitted data associated with high volume of applications for installed energy efficiency measures
• Communicate with program stakeholders on as-needed basis to resolve various processing-related issues
• Assist with monitoring, reporting on, and transporting inventory for in-person delivery, utilizing company vehicle (if available) or personal vehicle, when needed (mileage provided)
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e. special projects)

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

• 3-6 years of relative industry experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) with specific ability to work with Excel formulas

Targeted Compensation Range:

$50,000 / year
