Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a Program Specialist! As a Program Specialist you will play a key role in supporting goal attainment for our solar programs and assist teams through document organization, data entry, data compilation, data analysis, project management, occasional research, customer service and administrative tasks to execute on program implementation activities. This role will prove quality deliverables to stakeholders internally and externally.

Successful candidates must reside in Nashville Tennessee

• Provide superior customer service both by answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Entering, modifying, and tracking data via multiple web-based applications
• Ensuring that data in web-based application is up-to-date and accurate
• Reviewing project documentation to ensure accuracy and completion
• Performing intermediate level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel
• Be highly detailed and independent in exercising judgment for matters concerning project execution, data storage, and data organization
• Ensure adherence to internal and system protocols to use CLEAResult systems, documents, and tools
• Participating in team meetings to provide updates and address action items
• Providing research support via Internet or reports/documents
• Placing phone and email requests for missing data
• Training other individuals, both internal and external, on web-based application use

Exciting candidates have

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Adobe PDF, Excel, Word, Outlook

Compensation Range:

$50,000/ year

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
