We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a Program Specialist! As a Program Specialist you will be responsible managing program data, reporting, goal setting with account managers and clients. You will be in a team lead role, training and reviewing work quality, overseeing timelines and addressing process improvements. This role may have occasional special projects assigned.

• Qualify, track and verify program paperwork for rebate applications, files, and correspondence. Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
• Works with program leadership to coordinate the development and implementation of programs, sub-programs, special projects, and client-based initiatives. Monitors and evaluates project activity, reporting progress to leadership.
• Coordinates with program leadership to support training needs of fulfillment and call center staff. Troubleshoots problems and recommend solutions for junior staff, audits staff work to ensure accuracy and that work is performed within program guidelines.
• Collaborates with program consultants, program analysts, program leadership to meet program needs and supports areas outside of fulfillment and call center.
• Leads quality control activities, identifies, and resolves data discrepancies for savings and rebates. Identifies and implements effective process control systems to support the qualification, and verification of offerings to meet contractual terms and conditions.
• Troubleshoot data integration issues and identify root causes. Partner with IT and other departments to improve data integrations between systems and develops standard operating procedures for key processes.
• Creates, produces, and maintains procedural, educational, and resource materials related to program activities and initiatives
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

$44,200.00 - $66,300.00
