PROGRAM SPECIALIST

The Associate Wellness Department provides centralized resources and services for all Montefiore Medical Center staff and affiliates to support their well-being. We are seeking a Program Specialist to assist in the coordination and management of MMC's wellness programs within the office Total Rewards, Human Resources. In this customer-focused and supportive role, under the supervision of the Senior Director of Wellness, the candidate will have the skills to assist in execution of the goals related to the department's strategic plan. Ideal candidates would have experience in program planning, internal communications, marketing and health promotion within large and diverse population

Education/Skills:

Bachelor Degree required.
