At Honeywell Project Managers are leaders who guide cross functional teams and projects with enthusiasm, optimism and with a future-oriented spirit. Project Managers are responsible for multiple projects across a diverse portfolio of products including alarm management, cyber security, dynamic simulation and SAP ERP integration.

Our Project Managers are customer service oriented focusing on the oil & gas, paper, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation of our Honeywell portfolio of connected enterprise software products on time and on budget.
• Effectively supply project planning, fiscal responsibility and are the central point of communication to the customer.
• Supervise numerous resources responsible for engineering software solutions for our customers.
• Take initiative, have a professional bearing and commands skills that engage the customer.
• Ensure smooth and consistent communication and exchanges of data between Customers, Project Team Members, vendors, and sales team.

DELIVERABLES:

• Successful completion of engagements and product delivery to enable business value
• Timely identification, ownership and resolution of execution related risks and dependencies
• Support realization of value created based on completed projects

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in software implementation projects in a fast-paced development environment

WE VALUE

• Degree in STEM or other similar disciplines preferred
• MBA is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
• Experience with Plainview PPM Pro
• PMP, Agile, or ITIL Certification preferred
• Preferred candidates in Oil & gas, paper, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, detail oriented with strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate with various levels in the organization and influencing skills to drive success in the engagements with customers
• Detail oriented to ensure sufficient understanding of the project, tasks, risks, issues, and path to resolution
• Experience interfacing with customers and maintain a positive engagement and relationship
• Experience with process improvement, Agile coaching and executing Change Management process
• Self-starter, creative, comfortable with ambiguities and motivated to make a difference in the engagement
