Program Specialist II - ABA

The Program Specialist II assumes the primary caretaker role for psychiatric patients ages Pre-K through adolescents which includes activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. This role also participates in family crisis intervention, teaching, group process and on call as needed.

Education & Experience

• Only people who have worked in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Department at Child Study Center will be considered for this PS II position. Rare exceptions to the above may be considered for those with great experience in ABA therapy or with behavior analysis coursework.
• Bachelor's degree is required, but may substitute 1 year of experience with ABA therapy for each year of college.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

• CSC- Heartsaver CPR and CSC SCM training must be completed within 60 days of start date. Must be a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of start date.
