We are seeking a Program Specialist, People Experience passionate about designing and implementing programs that promote employee engagement and integrate DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) principles. The Program Specialist will report to the Director of Employee Experience and DEIB and will play a critical part in advancing our values-driven culture and enhancing how we bring out the best in people and teams across the globe. 
 
As the Program Specialist, you will have a direct impact on our people-first culture by executing the strategies that ensure an exceptional employee experience for all employees, advancing our company-wide DEIB goals, and delivering programs that connect employees to our company values and strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of our employee engagement surveys by helping with technical and tactical survey needs. Coordinatethe survey distribution, data collection, and follow-up procedures. 
  • Assist with survey data analysis and data interpretation. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to gain insights into employee experiences. Develop efficient data sorting methods to streamline the analysis process. Create a clear and comprehensive overview of employee sentiment.
  • Serve as an advisor for Model N’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Social Interest Groups (SIGs) by ensuring all programming aligns with DEIB strategic priorities. 
  • Develop a strong partnership with Corporate Communications to ensure internal/external employee engagement and DEIB messaging is represented in an inclusive and ethical manner; advise internal stakeholders on appropriate responses to high-profile events impacting our communities, if necessary. 
  • Partner on the creation and execution of streamlined, strategic employee communications that align with and further Model's N business objectives and purpose-driven culture.
  • Support the strategic, beginning-to-end management of Model N's continuous, quarterly, and annual recognition programs. 
  • Coordinate the execution of Model N's corporate social responsibility programs, including employee volunteering, giving, and disaster response efforts. 
  • Collaborate with other internal areas aligned to the employee life cycle to assess and help evolve the employee experience with a DEIB mindset that reflects Model N's values and maximizes our employment brand. 
  • Partner on the design, development, execution, and tracking of the success of various internal, company-wide events. 
  • Monitor and respond to employee feedback (e.g., Glassdoor, onboarding, and exit surveys) and identify ways to positively impact the employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle.
  • Support the Director of Employee Experience and DEIB with multiple projects and stakeholder management. 
  • Stay informed on best-in-class practices and make ongoing recommendations to create a more impactful engagement experience. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in program management, employee engagement, employer branding and/or DEIB in a HR or Communications function
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong analytical skills needed. Experience using people analytics to understand problems and recommend solutions, great to have. 
  • Able to create compelling and visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or other software. 
  • Proficient PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Culture Amp experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid facilitation and presentation skills. 
  • Flexibility to work across US time zones supporting all HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partner) and interfacing with India HRBPs. 
  • Less than 10% travel required. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
