The Program Specialist will act as a product expert and key liaison with cross-functional teams within Amplify, including customer support, professional learning, account management, and bids and proposals. The Program Specialist will report to the Associate Director, Science.

The Program Specialist will act as a product expert and key liaison with cross-functional teams within Amplify, including customer support, professional learning, account management, and bids and proposals. The Program Specialist will report to the Associate Director, Science.
Responsibilities of the Program Specialist:
- Serve as a product authority on Amplify Science, answering questions about the product from internal partners, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Lead all RFP responses, including deciding which bids to pursue, guiding the RFP writing team to draft targeted and effective responses, monitoring and constantly improving our boilerplate responses, and striving to improve RFP win rates.
- Be responsible for the feedback loop to our Professional Development teams, including collecting feedback from social media NPS surveys, and intensifying customer support issues, and presenting a curated list of topics at quarterly feedback meetings.
- Use program knowledge to continuously update and improve the Amplify Science program, including collaborating with the PD team and developing additional teacher-friendly unit documentation, video tutorials, and other program resources for internal and external customers.
- Ensure that Customer Support teams have the information, documentation, and training necessary to provide the industry's best customer service experience. Will partner with Customer Support leadership to organize and deliver critical "back to school" internal training sessions.
- Own and deliver ad hoc projects as assigned by the Associate Director, including customer special requests, product development projects, and building sales enablement tools.
Basic Qualifications of the Program Specialist:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of validated experience in education and/or education technology
- Proficient with Google Apps, SalesForce, and other common professional software
- Confirmed ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational and written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications of the Program Specialist:
- Outstanding writing skills, including extraordinary attention to detail of grammar, punctuation, phrasing, tone, and structure
- Experience assisting customers in an IT/Help Desk environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate and effectively communicate between multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization
