RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for Program Support Analyst to become a part of our superior workforce in Washington, DC. The Program Support Analyst will provide onsite and remote federal program leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide business analyst support services for all business management functions, such as human capital, budget formulation, financial management, contracts management, administrative services, and communications to all DER staff and external stakeholders.
- Support the DER budget and finance allocation process, formulating and executing the budget
- Assist the DER HR Liaison with various human resources activities and services.
- Serve as backup assistance to the DER human resources liaison.
- Assist the DER HR Liaison in developing memorandums for hiring decisions, maintaining vacancy announcement logs, coordinating approvals with selection officials, scheduling interviews, and screening potential candidates before the hiring manager.
- Compile data and information from current and future management systems, source documents, and physical files.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration with end users.
- Coordinate with internal and external end users to ensure Regularly Received Reports received from the Enterprises are appropriately downloaded and added/uploaded to a centralized portal location per established guidance.
- Organize records and information based on logical filing structures and information access.
- Assist with maintaining Records Management System, including maintaining and managing active and archived records.
- Assist staff with requests to locate and retrieve information.
- Search electronic sources, such as databases, repositories, or manual sources, for information.
- Retrieve electronic assets from the repository for distribution to users, collecting and returning to the repository, if necessary.
- Review and consolidate information to summarize activities, programs, and initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility work.
- Prepare a consolidated summary document with a comprehensive framework that will assist the council and help in setting goals and strategies, along with metrics or indicators for measuring progress.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of various Government regulations and directives is highly desired.
- Knowledge of business operations and the various functional areas such as human resources, budget and finance, contract management, ad hoc reporting, purchasing, customer service, process improvements, business relationship management, and essential project management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
