About the role:
As a Program Support Associate, you will provide vital administrative support focusing on three key areas: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Program, Collaborating Physician Program, and Quality Assurance.Â
You will ensure the efficient operation of these programs and assist with document management, project support, talent acquisition, operational tasks, compliance, and quality assurance. This will be mostly be a remote position working EST with some travel required to New York.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with document updates, drafting, and filing for APP-related materials.
- Support APP projects and prepare necessary documents and data.
- Coordinate APP interviews and provide preliminary checks on licensing status.
- Help with day-to-day operational support for the APP Program.
- Assist with collaborating physician orientation and case reviews.
- Maintain compliance, track deliverables, and perform audits.
- Prepare meeting minutes, agendas, and related documents.
- Support quality improvement projects and data collection.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and prepare reports.
What we're looking for:
- Medical Assistant or LPN educational background (or relevant experience).
- Familiarity with multi-state medical practice administration.
- Proficiency in data dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Agility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities while having strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Collaboration skills to work across teams and with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and project management.
- Organizational skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
- Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to policies.
- Capability to work independently and within a team.
- Training in improvement science methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
