Job Description

The Role

As a Program Support Specialist, you will undertake various administrative and program management tasks to ensure that all aspects of the program stay on track and maintain the department compliant with regulation requirements. In partnership with the Program Management team, you will support in planning, organizing, and carrying out important operational duties. To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams, and have advanced skills in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected programs and coordinate cross-project activities to ensure goals are met.
  • Coordinate and support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Update current programs and coordinate with the Department stakeholders to keep workflow on track.
  • Manage program-related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored in Airtable.
  • Maintain a robust program calendar with priorities and due dates for the department.
  • Maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation to include digital project plans, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, resource requests, and critical next steps.
  • Assist in Agent request tickets from FreshService portal for Omni Issues that include but are not limited to: Weedmap updates, shutdowns, and zone changes.

Qualifications

  • BA in Business Administration or 4 years of Relevant Field Experience.
  • Proven experience as Program Coordinator or Relevant position.
  • Must be a proactive thinker who is resourceful, adaptive, and able to execute.
  • Exceptional skills with Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Project Management tools. (Airtable & Smartsheet's preferred)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of GTI.
  • Must have a solid understanding of the Medical Cannabis laws and regulations, rules and regulations set forth by the state and a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws is appreciated and commendable.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness.

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass all required background checks.
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
