Programmatic Account Manager
Job Description
Hearst is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to assist in the operational management of pre and post-sales functions across the programmatic sales team.
What You'll Do:
- Support sales to build strategic media plans working closely with a variety of business stakeholders - sales, data, marketing, research, operations
- Point of contact between clients and programmatic ad operations to traffic & optimize campaigns and track the performance of programmatic deals, ensuring deals meet the client KPIs.
- The main point of contact for deal troubleshooting and optimizations
- Provide In-depth wrap-up reporting for strategic accounts
- Assist Hearst programmatic sales team in prospecting by providing analysis of open exchange revenue
- This role requires strong knowledge and understanding of programmatic advertising and the supporting Ad Sales Tech ecosystem of DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs, and a strategic and analytical approach to programmatic and data sales
- 2 years' experience in digital advertising, with at least 1 years in programmatic media at a major publisher, agency or programmatic technology company
- Client/agency facing experience
- You are data-driven, detail-oriented and organized
- Strong Excel skills - Lookups, Data Pivot, Array Formula, Logic)
- Clear verbal/written communication with analytical skills & the ability to summarize campaign insights through reporting
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
