Programmatic Sales Specialist
Job Description
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and Quality Media solutions for the advertising industry and weâre looking for a Programmatic Sales Specialist to join our Programmatic team.

This is an opportunity for an exceptional and experienced programmatic sales person who is well versed in the value, efficiencies and alternative targeting opportunities available today in programmatic
As a Programmatic Sales Specialist you will be working across our best in class solutions helping key accounts, programmatic platforms and prospects to realise the value of our quality media solutions. Adept at value selling you will have demonstrable experience in helping your partners meet their KPIs.
You will:
- Have a UK remit selling into an assigned book of media agencies
- Be a high achiever with a demonstrable track record in exceeding sales targets
- Work with the best in class programmatic solutions integrated across ALL major DSPs
- To realise and optimise the execution of IASâ programmatic strategy for new and existing programmatic clients
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue expectations, ensuring a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Have strong commercial acumen and proven experience with a strong network of agency contacts
- Be an expert in surfacing both your clientâs real business needs and individual goals demonstrating how IAS solutions can help deliver against them
- Be comfortable working in a matrix capacity, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective sales delivery (agreed KPIs/ measurements of success)
- Have a challenger sales mindset and be confident in helping customers to move beyond the status quo
- Be an aspiring thought leader confident in your ability to advise on best practices, continuously demonstrating value to your clients
- Bring the âvoice of the customerâ to IAS stakeholders, advising product on initiatives/ updates that meet our clientâs needs and further our partnership opportunities
- Be comfortable working with data to support and inform your pitches and sales narrative
- Conversant in data selling and buying and the efficiencies programmatic can deliver
- Get to work with some of the smartest and most collaborative people within the advertising industry!
You should apply if you have most of this experience:
- 5+ years selling programmatic to agencies either as a DSP/SSP or Data Provider
- Track record and demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSPâs, SSPâs, DMPâs, 3rd Party Data/Verification/Optimisation)
- Excellent written communications skills
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Experience working with salesforce.com
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
