Job Summary
RPA is seeking a Supervisor, Programmatic Investment to join the Platform Management and Investment team, reporting directly into the Associate Media Director, Programmatic. We’re looking to build out our team with a Supervisor who knows programmatic inside and out and is excited to oversee a Specialist and Coordinator, planning, trading, analyzing, and making sound recommendations. You should have experience in working with various programmatic platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, or Yahoo DSP. You should also have extensive knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and Prisma/MediaOcean. Familiarity with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), data-driven audience building and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is highly preferred as well. You should be ready to dig deeper, ask questions, and be excited to get your hands a little dirty. We’d like you to know the details of our client performance data, know the reasons for dips and spikes, identify areas for improvement, and most importantly, implement enhancements to drive client business. 3+ years of digital media experience- at least two years of it being programmatic focused Â
What You’ll Be Working OnÂ
- Oversee all programmatic investment across display, video, and other emerging channels through expert usage of demand side platforms (DSP) for campaign set up, optimization, and reportingÂ
- Management and oversight of team, including ability to work within the platform for overall QA and supportÂ
- Collaborating with multiple groups both internally and externally on holistic digital media strategy, creative development, trafficking, verification, measurement and billingÂ
How You’ll Excel In Your RoleÂ
- Have experience managing a team of at least 1 person, or comparable mentoring or developing of associatesÂ
- Be well-versed in self-serve programmatic marketing with experience across multiple categories (experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously preferred)Â
- Regularly provide ROI-driving insights and recommendations based on agreed-upon KPIs Â
- Mentor other teammates leveraging their expertise Â
- Have outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Â
- Have effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Â
- Be a clear communicator and master collaborator -the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a get-it-done environment is critical.  Â
- Excellent knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP) and activating audiences within DSPs or via CDPs. Â
- Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical skills (inclusive of proficiency in Microsoft excel)Â
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $3,750.00 - $4,166.67, with an annualized equivalent of $90,000 - $100,000.
