What We Need

We’re looking for a dedicated, analytical and dynamic programmatic trading professional with client focus in mind.  As a Programmatic Trader, you are responsible for development of strategic optimizations across enterprise accounts utilizing Yieldmo technology alongside your existing expertise in various Demand Side Platforms.  You are responsible for ensuring proper execution and service levels are provided and work cross functionally with multiple teams - both internally and externally.

What You Can Expect In This Role

• Develop campaign strategies to achieve/exceed client KPIs
• Execute all hands on keyboard, setup, and implementation within our demand side platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize, and communicate findings to both internal and external clients
• Liaise between client and internal stakeholders to align on realistic KPI expectations
• Provide creative data analysis and actionable insights to ensure future campaigns are set up for success. 
• Utilize various reporting tools to draw conclusions that are both data and marketing driven
• Keep up to date with new and innovative programmatic technology trends

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience in programmatic trading in multiple DSP platforms 
• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands on keyboard experience with 3rd party ad servers and Demand Side Platforms
• TTD, Dv360, Xandr; Beeswax a plus
• Proficient in Excel; Looker a plus
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Strong communicator / collaborator 
• Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and rapport within and across teams

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A 60 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
• Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
• Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $80,000-$120,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
