Location – Hybrid with ability to travel to Methods and client offices

Responsibilities

• Defining program scope and structure to achieve the desired business outcome

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and delivery partners

• Pushing boundaries to deliver value for our clients, with an ability to manage technical programs in complex stakeholder environment

• Leading cross functional squads to deliver contractual outcomes on time, on quality and within budget

• Understanding, defining and finalising contractual agreements with senior members of the business and client teams

• Tracking, monitoring and reporting on program budgets with an ability to maximise value for Methods and clients

Experience

• You must have 8+ years managing successful technologically driven projects using agile methodology, delivering enterprise IT programmes

• You must have 5+ years as a senior scrum master/project manager having led squads and multiple workstreams on infrastructure programs including hosting, networking, digital workplace, identity, and access management

• 2+ years’ experience within a client facing consultancy

• You are comfortable with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and Waterfall

• Experienced in program governance, risk, budgeting and reporting at executive level, owning budgets of up to £5M

• Commercially minded with an ability to identify and develop opportunities with executive management

• Demonstrable ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships to maximise value for clients and Methods

• Experienced in taking responsibility for contract and commercial terms on projects (involved in Statement of Works)

• Decision making under pressure to balance priorities for client and Methods

· Support the senior management to meet/exceed KPIs and SLAs set for the business and clients

· Confident using Microsoft Office and knowledge of agile project management software/tools

· High standard of proficiency in oral and written communication with attention to detail

· Engaging and approachable with strong communication and presentation skills

· Ability to work in an agile manner, working flexibly to ensure deadlines are achieved

· Undergraduate/ Masters degree level education in Computer Science or related field is required.
