Job Description

The AGS Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team is seeking a Programme Manager - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to support the continued development of the organization’s multi-year strategic DE&I efforts focused on our workforce (people), workplace (environment) and marketplace (customers) in the EMEA region. This role will focus on applying project/program management expertise & methodologies across a variety of key initiatives, workstreams and teams with accountability for advancing DE&I transformation efforts within the business. 

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the Head of DE&I to execute on AGS global strategy and embed and support this across the EMEA region. 
  • Support continued cultural change in support of AGS ability to attract and retain world-class diverse talent
  • Design and pilot programs to retain and develop diverse talent with ability to measure through metrics and other methods
  • Facilitate and moderate high-profile events, workshops and training with internal stakeholders in attendance.
  • Responsible for supporting global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Regional Inclusion Councils consisting of developing meeting agendas, managing logistics for the meetings and leveraging members as needed.
  • Cultivate external partnerships with key DE&I vendors and partners. Ability to evaluate and negotiate partnerships with external organizations and vendors as needed.
  • Report and analyse social media engagement and traffic trends to increase DE&I awareness

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable success in contributing to and executing DE&I strategies and solutions either as the primary function or in addition to core duties in other related roles (HR, recruiting, program management)
  • Extensive professional recruiting and/or HR/staffing industry experience with demonstrative success in developing, driving and executing talent sourcing and acquisition strategies
  • Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to build relationships, influence, work across a complex matrix, bring together the collective group, and drive overarching messaging/action/results is critical
