About the position:

We are looking for a Programmer Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will:

• Perform system and user administration on our cloud CRM application
• Provide excellent customer service and interact directly with customers to resolve issues
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Make moderate to major changes to existing business relevant applications, and minor changes to existing business important applications.
• Develop new major business relevant applications, moderate business important applications, and minor business critical applications.
• Utilize existing libraries pre-approved by management.
• Utilize basic to advanced test cases and methodologies.
• Utilize basic to advanced troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.
• Suggest improvements to current guidelines, best practices, and SDLC.
• Provides feedback on specifications, requirements, and documentation before proceeding with work.
• Ensure programs/applications possess optimum design elements and most efficient test procedures.
• Assess, develop, and maintain application security.
• Safeguard the Company's data by maintaining enterprise-level security, prioritizing to ensure the integrity of the applications most vulnerable to attack.
• Receive coaching and feedback from higher-level developers and provides mentoring to lower-level developers.

About the schedule:

This position reports in office in Greene, NY weekly, and is available for a hybrid schedule after the orientation and training period.

About you:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• One or more years of related work experience is required.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience with Java, Groovy, or similar languages
• Experience with CRMs (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
• Strong communication skills

About the total compensation package:

Salary - Salaries ranging from $54000 - $99000 / year

Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.

Requirements
