About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to conduct testing of solutions for effective Bot deployment and support live automations while developing enhancements to current processes along with new processes.

Essential Functions

• Conduct testing of solutions for effective Bot deployment and support live automations while developing enhancements to current processes along with new processes
• Work with business process owner and observe process to analyze steps, interdependencies, and required applications
• Think creatively to identify opportunities for automation and support value / complexity evaluation and business case development
• Document business requirements and input on technical requirements for desired process automations
• Perform Developer walkthroughs and inform bot development effort
• Obtain required test data; perform functional and performance testing
• Coordinate with IT operations for test scripts, QA, and deployment
• Develop and perform rigorous User Acceptance Testing, in conjunction with process owners and Operate team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio or other equivalent process flow-charting tool
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise between developers and process owners to identify and design automations
• Strong problem-solving and logic-based reasoning skills
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Ability to run interviews and build relationships across business, functions and IT stakeholders
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 2+ years experience in process evaluation, deconstruction and improvement, and experience in IT solutioning, test planning, test execution, and remediation required
• Experience in RPA technology preferred
