Programming Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a Programming Coordinator to support several functions within the Programming Team at Peloton. The Programming Team is focused on creating and maintaining discipline programming schedules and working cross-functionally to ensure they are being executed and communicated across multiple channels. Our ideal candidate has a razor sharp eye for detail, and understands the nuances of a fast-paced production environment. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Maintain & Execute schedule in CMS & Double Checking 
• Maintain Programming schedule in Instructor Google Cals 
• Send Weekly & Monthly Instructor Schedules 
• Maintain & Execute schedule into the Global Production Schedule 
• Handles schedule changes in CMS & Weekly Schedules on a regular basis 
• First point of contact for control room & instructors when there is a last minute emergency (makes the decision to cancel/try to find a last-minute sub) 
• Creates & maintains schedule templates and builds for Programming Schedule, Instructor Monthlies & other docs (2 week work flow) 
• Supports Programming Managers with specialty projects, as assigned. Participates as a Programming Lead on cross-functional teams
• Assigned for specific projects
• Programming tasks: programming trackers, templates, project management support 
• Responsible for ensuring their Instructors’ Calendars remain balanced. Flag any conflicts or if they are working too much to Programming Manager
• Work with the Global Production Scheduling Team to double check PSNY call sheet & Global Production Schedule are aligned with Programming Plans & CMS

• Desire to work in a fast paced production environment  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
• Experience working with live production and high-profile talent 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Razor sharp attention to detail
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and nights
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
• 1+ Years of relevant experience

Base Salary: $81,800.00  to $106,400.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
