Programming Quantitative Team Lead

M3 USA Corporation seeks a Programming Team Lead Quantitative in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, for programming of surveys against client study materials with a goal of integrity of collected data and adherence to agreed timeline and budgets. Conduct online survey programming based on receipt of client's materials through programming/quality check stages and survey deployment. Resolve data queries raised by data validation team. Provide development opportunities to team members via one-on-one meetings. Support improvement initiatives to increase capabilities, strengthen efficiencies and team skills, and retain a competitive advantage in marketplace. Role may be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Five years of experience in the job offered or as a survey programmer using Forsta programming platforms Forsta Plus (Confirmit) and Forsta Surveys (formerly Decipher), in addition to JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML programming.

Additional Information

Salary Offered: $104,000.
