Program/Project manager
Job Description
- Work closely with TEMPO Engineering Lead and their Executive Assistant to prioritize, focus and prepare for internal and external meetings, as well as helping with communications within the team.
- Help the TEMPO Lead hold the leadership team and direct reports accountable for commitments.
What You Will Need
- Strong Communication Skills - candidates should be able communicate in a crisp, structured manner in both written and verbally as a representative of the TEMPO Lead.
- Analytical Skills - prior experience in banking, consulting, or a highly analytics role is desired. Candidates should be comfortable modeling with budget, financial, OKR / KPI data and other organizational data including HR and hiring data
- Self-Starter - candidates should be self-starters who consistently manage their workload based on their assessment of what the department needs most.
- Detail Orientation with a Commitment to Follow Up - candidates should own projects end-to-end and be responsible for all follow ups
- Driven - no task should be too small, nor any problem too big to work through, particularly through collaboration with the team
- Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint and Excel.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience in Consulting, Banking, or Entrepreneurial settings
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or Business Manager
- Background in Payments, Technology or Operations
