Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented Program/Project Manager - Junior
Department: Veterans Affairs (VA), Acquisition Academy (VAAA)
Location: On-Site Frederick, MD
Type: Full Time
Min. Experience: Experienced
Security Clearance Level: Public Trust (NACI)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage all task projects that require the use and integration of a multi-disciplinary team.
Formulate and define project scope, milestones, and objectives in accordance with customer technical requirements.
Compile and analyze existing courseware and organizational performance data.
Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to define communication, infrastructure, and labor implications of selected approaches.
Provide instruction on, perform, and document quality assurance reviews.

Required Skills and Experience
Outstanding communication skills. An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities. Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Professional Certifications	Certification in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Years of Professional Experience	Five (5) years of professional experience
Desired experience	Previous experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferred
Formal Education	BA/BS degree
Citizenship Requirement	U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
Security Clearance Requirements	Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI)
