Design and execute employee experiences to drive app usage and create value for landlords and corporations.
At HqO, the Programs & Experience Management team is on the front lines of customer engagement. The team services both our customers and our users by designing and delivering digital and in-person workplace experiences that drive employee engagement and create value for landlords and corporations. We do this by delivering monthly content, sweepstakes, games, notifications, posters, and onsite events to drive user acquisition, retention, and feature discovery across 200+ workplace mobile applications.
The Programs & Experience Management team sits at the intersection of customer marketing, content design, product development, event planning, and customer service. You'll develop skills and experience in digital programming, customer engagement, partner management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Generate content and notifications to drive user engagement in HqO applications
- Ensure content is produced in a timely fashion and meets deadlines while maintaining HqO quality standards
- Manage giveaways and other promotions including entry management, winner selection, and prize fulfillment
- Design and administer virtual trivia quizzes and gameplay including questions/answers, quiz entry data, winner selection, and prize fulfillment
- Create program newsletters, signage, and other marketing collateral to increase program awareness and success
- Support, plan, and coordinate operations for single or multiple surveys. Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data
- Schedule and manage the client/partner event call schedule and corresponding agendas. Manage meeting minutes and tracking of action items and deliverables
- Analyze program performance data and make recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights
- Support other customer engagement activities and services as required
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week (OR) 40 hours per week
- Available to work Jan 3rd - May 31st (flexible based on school calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing company
- A collaborative spirit with a dedication to helping out as part of a team
