Project Accountant

Job Title:Project Accountant- Contract Location (city, state): On-Site in Seattle, WA Compensation:$40 - $45 / hour Benefits:This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Qualifications: • Strong communication skills • 3+ years of experience in Accounting- ideally Project Accounting • Proficient Excel skills Job Description: • Ensure accurate revenue recognition • Generate accurate financial reports • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate client billing • Prepare and review invoices for completeness and accuracy before submission • Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner • Complete pay applications and other required documentation as needed • Enter and process vendor invoices • Complete account reconciliations • Assist with activities surrounding month-end close • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions • Resolve concerns and respond to questions related to invoices or other matters • Continually assess existing procedures and increase efficiency when possible • Perform additional general accounting tasks and special projects as needed Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
