Project Accountant  

As a Project Accountant, you will:  

• Be tasked with researching customer account variances between Zuora and Netsuite.  This project will take precedence over all other responsibilities for at least the first few months of employment. 
• Instruct and drive specific general ledger account reconciliations and ensure the files are not only automated for scalability but easy to understand and audit. These reconciliations will be reviewed and signed off timely each month close.   
• Assist in the annual audit requests for the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.  
• Work collaboratively with other members of finance to assist with variance explanations.  
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as needed.  
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.  
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects such as system upgrades and integration of business acquisitions.  

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:  

• Experience with bank reconciliations 
• Experience with customer billing 
• Experience reconciling balance sheet accounts 
• A proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively as various situations require 
• A working knowledge of NetSuite and/or Zuora Billing
