Project Administrator | Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full Time, Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:15 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm

$15 per hour, dependent on experience

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
• High proficiency in Excel, with demonstrated skill in pivot tables
• Working experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Alpha Numeric Data Entry speed of 7,000 keystrokes/hour or more
• Must be dependable with regular and punctual attendance
• High School diploma

• Organize and ensure accuracy of project-related and administrative tasks, including data entry, reports, scanning, and filing
• Figure material for new jobs/projects
• Assist office staff with any administrative or clerical support needs
• Schedule appointments and meetings for supervisors and clients
• Answer phones, transfer calls to appropriate party, receive and forward messages
• Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with paperwork and reporting
