ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Administrator provides administrative support to the Construction department, and may be assigned specifically to a Project Management team. You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks associated with the full project lifecycle.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide daily support to team members including complex and dynamic calendar management for internal and external meetings, processing invoices, and organizing data for proposals.
- Support project execution through effective vendor management, processing project documents, and attending project meetings/calls.
- Assist department leadership with meeting preparation, including agenda and meeting minutes for project and team meetings.
- Help prepare project status reports and financial updates for multiple Project Managers.
- Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
- Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.

- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative role or related.
- Prior experience in a construction setting, working with contracts and administrative tasks, is preferred.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
- Skills/Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively complete and prioritize multiple deadlines or projects.
- Committed team player with the ability to develop and maintain productive work relationships.
