Project Administrator - BWX Technologies, Inc. - Euclid, Ohio

Project Administrator shall work under the supervision and/or direction of the Project Controls Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with capital project leads from various functions to monitor and report on cost and schedule of capital projects.
• Aid in the prioritization of in-house manufacturing and procurement activities for deliverable hardware and providing direction to supporting department personnel to expedite limiting activities.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to contract and capital project costs/schedule management, shipments, team reports, executive communications and schedule performance metrics.
• Work with external/internal customers to ensure optimal contract and capital project performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in a Business or Technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
