Project Administrator

WSP is currently initiating a search for an Project Administrator on our Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) contract in the Baltimore, MD metro area. The work location would be in Stevensville, MD. Be involved in projects with our PMCM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Your Impact

Job Duties:

Assist Project Managers, Project Engineers, Management and other Project Support Staff in the following areas:

• Project/program management
• Invoicing
• Document control
• Configuration management and Project Wise support
• Facilitate meetings
• Preparation of various reports such as project status, project budgets, schedules, grants, etc. Presentation preparation
• Correspondences
• Desktop application specialization
• Deliver and retrieve various project documents throughout the MDTA Construction Division

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2 years of project support experience
• Good math and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Willingness to be mentored.
• Ability to produce quality results under strict time constraints. Basic understanding of Construction Management practices. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including functional familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Environmental, or Systems disciplines), Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Liberal Arts, or similar course of study.
