Pay range: $40,000-$52,000 annual
What you'll do at Elekta:
We are looking for an Operations Administrator Contractor to support the Service & Order Fulfillment Operations Process. This temporary role includes but not limited to; Sales Order & Invoice Processing, Shipment & Delivery of product to customer within Elekta's systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative experience, with great organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and drive timely notification of upcoming needed calibration of Tools utilized by RNCA Service and Installation personnel.
- Analyze performance, create reports, complete documentation, and work with the appropriate Management to ensure Tool Calibration Compliance requirements are met.
- Distribute and document the Important Field Service Notice (IFSN) and Field Change Order (FCO) notices for Region.
- Follow up with the applicable Elekta employee and manager to ensure the timely closure of RNCA Field Service Work Orders.
- Provide the Radiation Safety Officer with required/ requested information as it relates to Tool Calibration and FCO documentation.
- Review contract requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness of the order booking process.
- Tracking of all shipments to ensure timely delivery to the customer site.
- Ensure all customer invoicing is generated in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual payment terms and Customer Purchase Order.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- At least one year of administrative experience. College degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

The US base salary range for this position is $40,000-$52,000
