Job Purpose
In your new position you will work cross-functionally to understand the needs of our global Digital Platform services and deliver a strong financial framework and governance.
As our new Analyst, Digital Platform, you will be part of a team that delivers Digital Platform services to US and UK, supporting our team Run the Business (RTB) budget planning and performance processes, improving organizational capabilities, and ensuring alignment with our organization strategy and measurement of our progress against financial and business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to combine creativity with strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities with competing deadlines. Key Accountabilities
- General
- Identify areas for efficiency and improvements in managing RTB, Purchase Orders and receipt and payment of invoices, and implement appropriate changes
- Budget process
- Support the Digital Platforms yearly RTB budget process in conjunction with the Financial Performance and Governance Lead including communication of process and timescales
- Support the Digital Platform Quarterly Finance Review process in conjunction with the with the Financial Performance and Governance Lead including communication of process and timescales
- Monthly cadence
- Support the monthly finance review process with all cost centre owners, providing action management and support with issue resolution
- Coordinate with the Resource and Workforce Management Lead, I&O leadership and Finance leadership on forecasted headcount changes and impact to budget ensuring accuracy
- Research and resolve any RTB anomalies
- Cost center owner support
- Support financial "deep dives" as and when needed, including providing background for actual vs forecast discrepancies
- Support cost center owners in improving their understanding on monthly spend and holding team accountable to their RTB budgets
- RTB and Invoice Governance
- Establish processes to ensure robust management and tracking of invoices and incremental RTB changes
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, while verifying accurate accounting and charges
- Work with FP&A and Finance teams on accuracy of SAP accounting and charges
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with excellent organization skills, including excellent facilitation skills, proven communication skills, including writing and presenting.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including a desire to collaborate with immediate team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and influencers at all levels of the organization. Exhibit the ability pro-actively problem solving and independently track multiple activities and deadlines.

Qualifications Required:• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience• Financial Management experience• Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills• Must be a clear and articulate communicator and have professional poise and presence with a diverse set of audiences, with the ability to partner across all levels• A decisive, action-oriented individual
