Barbaricum is seeking a skilled Project Analyst to support operations at Fort Meade. This role will be a hybrid position, requiring some on-site work. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project team velocity and ensure smooth project coordination across multiple initiatives.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including status reporting, labor tracking, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper utilization of JIRA, Confluence, and Gitlab for project tracking.
  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings and help remove impediments to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication between project stakeholders and provide timely updates to the Engagement Manager.
  • Independently deliver mission outcomes and interact with customers with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab)
  • Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
  • Knowledge of AWS services and experience developing technical solutions
  • AWS Associate Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of risk management and issue tracking
  • Work location split between AWS offices (NBP), customer site, and telework
