Project Analyst

Overview: 

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program as an OFC Project Analyst supporting project leadership team, project managers and subject matter experts to advance OFC strategic project initiatives. The OFC Project Analyst will provide operational support activities, including, but not limited to meeting coordination and facilitation, project task tracking, develop meeting minutes and materials, weekly reporting and other activities as assigned.
• Provide operational and administrative support to leadership, project managers and subject matter experts.
• Prepare regular updates and communications to/for management on key activities, ensuring timely and accurate project reporting.
• Facilitate data gathering and preparation of meeting materials for project meetings. 
• Support the development and documentation of processes and standards and apply them to all assigned projects.
• Maintain project team documentation and communication.

Minimum qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Must have experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data. 
• Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports. 
• Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, or an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the VA 
• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
