F&G is looking to hire a Project Analyst - Continuous Improvement
Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Project Analyst is responsible for reviewing, tracking, and providing information related to all CI operations activities. This role oversees all aspects of projects support and operational functions for Lean, Knowledge Management, Training and Quality Assurance. The Analyst is responsible for ensuring documentation, tracking, logistical support and reporting are accomplished within the CI areas of responsibility. The role ensures the team maintains organizational standards and consistency. The CI Project Analyst ensures proper execution of timelines recommending changes to provide effective and efficient CI team results. The CI Project Analyst reports to the AVP, Continuous Improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Tracks all Continuous Improvement project documentation and timelines
- Recommends and manages the ongoing development of CI strategies and operational processes to improve CI support to Operational areas.
- Aids in creating and maintaining collaborative relationships between Ops teams, Corporate oversight areas, and CI activities
- Supports Knowledge Management, Lean, Training, and Quality Assurance strategies across Operations
- Aids in developing and maintaining high quality relationships between CI team and TPA counterparts
- Creates products for CI project report outs
- Manages repositories of all CI products
- Leads monthly CI and NTT/CI project report outs
- Tracks all training documentation to include aligning Knowledge Management versions with training products
- Manages all survey and reporting activities for the CI team
- Manages all logistical actions for the CI team to include training set up, budgets and supplies
- Tracks Knowledge Management suspense for documentation reviews
- Manages to include tracking and follow ups, of all suggestion box activities
- Ensures collaborations between CI and Ops teams occur through meeting management
- Documents outcomes of all CI activities
- Manages the CI SharePoint site
- Responsible for all CI shared document storage locations
Experience and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in project management or similar field
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong business analysis and presentation skills
- High level of expertise with Microsoft Office, VISO, and SharePoint management/development
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills
- Team player with demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues
- The candidate should be able to work independently
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization in both technical and business areas successfully
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of project management
- Demonstrates critical thinking and reasoning skills with strong attention to detail while working in an environment that requires an ability to prioritize
- Analytical and conceptual thinker; flexible approach; discretionary effort; organizational commitment; customer service orientation; innovation; and focus on teamwork
