Project Analyst (Hybrid-Flexible Options)

We're seeking a Project Analyst to join our stellar team within our Global Technology Organization (GTO) division.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities

• Produce dashboards for presenting project progress, roadblocks, and milestones
• Assist in developing new project tracking frameworks for smaller projects
• Participate in recurring process improvement meetings and track progress of internal projects
• Meet with other Broadridge teams to gain insights into upcoming projects & industry initiatives
• Work with our internal 'PE Tool' to gather project data and assist in analyzing the data
• Share status of CTG projects on a weekly basis to CTG teams and monthly with other BR team
• Follow prescribed workflows - and suggest improvements - for onboarding new CTG members
• Follow prescribed workflows - and suggest improvements - for opening new project tickets
• Work with Install team to collect and record project details for initiating and advancing projects
• Work with Level 2 team to ensure and record adequate project resourcing and attendance on project calls
• Provide support and requested information to internal Level 2 and Install teams
• Promote knowledge transfer sessions among internal teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Analyst experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience producing dashboards is a plus
• Excellent and professional written and verbal communication
• Confident with or eager to work on project management skills
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with pivot tables or other data analysis tools is a plus
• Experience with basic SQL queries is a plus
• Sharepoint is a plus
