Project Analyst II

ADP is hiring a Project Analyst II. In this position you will use your analytical skills to support a variety of Comprehensive Services Implementation initiatives including process and procedure re-engineering, product design requirements, and org readiness support, often including both the functional and technical aspects of the project. The Project Analyst is responsible for conducting detailed analysis sessions and solution design documentation with taskforce members from multiple business disciplines throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides user-oriented, subject matter expertise input into the design and development of new processes and product features.
• Defines project objectives and gathers business/system requirements with users.
• Conducts structured analysis according to standardized procedures and prepares detailed analysis documents.
• Executes End-to-End Process and Procedure mapping. Leverages data and inputs to identify pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops and documents design alternatives to satisfy user, business, statutory and system requirements.
• Presents alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus.
• Participates in the development of timelines and schedules by providing estimates regarding individual analysis tasks.
• Works on fairly complex analysis assignments. Gathers and analyzed information for developing and modifying specifications.
• Assists management in project tracking by providing regular, comprehensive status reports on work progress, effort, etc. relative to strict project deadlines.
• Provides ad hoc reporting assistance as needed.
• Establishes a Pilot plan and solicits Pilot resources through the field. Facilitates the Pilot Process & integrates feedback participants.
• Formally rolls out projects to the field either in person or via webinar. Follows up on the rollout process and assists with monitoring and adoption.
• Works on other short duration or one-off assigned projects and/or performs other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• BA/BS degree (major in Business or Information Sciences preferred) OR technical training equivalent OR an equivalent in education and/or experience required.
• 2-4 years progressive structured Project Analyst Experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Requires strong interpersonal skills, good presentation and communication skills and analytical ability and a considerable aptitude in human relations.
• Proficient in the following (or related) computer programs: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Mainframe payroll and tax Knowledge of ADP systems, processes and organization.
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to internal and external users.
• Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• Ability to create and deliver formal and informal training.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent in education and experience.
• Six Sigma Green belt certification
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, and/or Tableau
• Previous Business Analyst experience

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensation Range for this role is $47,900 - $111,300 / Year
