The main purpose of the role is to Provide support for environmental health and safety (EHS) data functions corporately by managing the files related to operations sustainability, and compliance records. Ability to adopt and use different data bases and systems to record and retrieve data and ensure that requested information being shared, this would need proactively working with different departments, external vendors, and coordination of different functions.

Job Description

• Manage global operations waste tracking files. Build files, collect data, enter data, verify data, analyze data.
• Analyze global operations air emissions data in NetZero Cloud. Build summary documents and compare usage data for use in presentations.
• Analyze global operations water data in NetZero Cloud. Build summary documents and compare usage data for use in presentations.
• Work to categorize and index chemical data, hazards, and classifications using VelocityEHS MSDS Online.
• Manage Safety data sheet intake, create and modify account and admin for providing access to site managers on MSDS ebinder and Velocity EHS applications.
• Assist with Cority software administration for extracting safety data. Be an expert and point of contact for all Cority related inquiries including incident workflow and user permissions.
• Use share point to record and retrieve global waste data and be responsible for creating ad hoc documents as needed.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Experience in handling waste management data is a plus.
• Chemical or sustainability experience is a plus.
• Quick learning ability and to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• MS Excel -Advanced skill level.
• MS Share point Expert
• Smart Sheets experience is a plus
• Analytical mind-set & attention to details.
• Strong English Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills – proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be willing to work in a US shift (5.30 PM – 2.30 AM).
