What You'll Do
The Project Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of Class 2 and Class 3 projects as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Analyst position creates and manages communication strategies, documentation strategies, development strategies, requirements analysis, discovery efforts, project schedules, and process improvement efforts.

Pay Range
$77,858-$144,595
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

What You'll Do
The Project Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of Class 2 and Class 3 projects as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Analyst position creates and manages communication strategies, documentation strategies, development strategies, requirements analysis, discovery efforts, project schedules, and process improvement efforts.
Job Requirements
- Works with Customers, Sales, Product Management, and other key departments to develop deployment strategies and objectives.
- Understands Regulatory/Gaming Compliance standards in and around functions of product submissions, test lab certifications, and Customer requirements.
- Leads and manages key stakeholders for deploying key business strategies as defined by product owners and sales.
- Reviews Engineering Change Notices by highlighting impacts to Deployment Project Managers and Sales Support/CRM/CRF
- Leads weekly account team meetings to review upcoming customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects (Hardware and Software).
- Develops and maintains weekly project plans for onboarding new customers.
- Responsible for accurate and on time delivery/completion of all customer projects (hardware and software)
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives for new product rollout, onboarding new customers, casino projects (i.e., OASIS, ATI, New Casino Launch, etc.), through Lessons Learned Meetings and Documentation
- Ability to work with little instruction on day to work.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or a related field or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of work experience (gaming industry preferred)
- Ability to work with stakeholders to initiate, develop and assist with strategic project and product planning.
- Ability to manage more than one project of small to large size and low to high complexity that produces positive results.
- Proactive at project risk management; to mitigate potential deployment issues.
- Effectively manage cross-functional teams across organizational levels (product owners, operations, business operations, etc
- Strong understanding of using performance excellence in the planning and execution of projects.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive the account team/team members to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio)
