Project Assistant Intern

Futronics, a global leading AI robotics company in stealth mode, is looking for talented
Technical Project Managers to join the team in Pasadena.  You will have the unique
opportunity to help establish and drive the go-to-market strategy for Futronics' innovative
next-generation service robots. The R&D team is made up of a diverse set of experienced
product managers, researchers, and engineers with different industry backgrounds and
areas of expertise in emerging technologies. The ideal candidate has a track record of
successfully managing complicated and challenging technical projects with significant
business impacts.  You'll coordinate engineering resources to deliver disruptive technology
and implement our innovative platform in the field of healthcare and elderly care across the
globe.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Assistant Intern to join our Product
Management team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in robotics and
healthcare industry, assisting with the planning and execution of critical projects. The successful
candidate will work closely with project managers and other team members to help deliver
project outcomes efficiently and effectively.

Term: Fixed term (3 months)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination and management of projects from initiation to completion.
Assist with international conference organizations
Support project planning sessions and team meetings, including preparing meeting
materials and taking detailed notes.
Help in maintaining project documentation and updates in project management.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather necessary
information.
Contribute to the creation of project deliverables, such as reports, presentations, and
newsletters.
Perform administrative duties related to the project, including scheduling, filing, and
responding to project-related inquiries.
Assist in the analysis of project data and preparation of summary reports for management
review.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in relevant field
such as Business Administration, Project Management, etc.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
Some knowledge in Engineering or experience in robotics preferred
