Project Associate - Data Analytics (Contract)

As a contract Project Associate focused on data analytics at Array, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into valuable insights for informed decision-making. Specifically you will support our data furnishing product. You will need to demonstrate a keen eye for detail as you collect and organize data from diverse sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Using a blend of statistical techniques and specialized software, you will skillfully dissect data to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies that hold the key to understanding our business dynamics. Your final touch may involve translating complex findings into accessible visualizations and reports, effectively bridging the gap between raw data and actionable strategies. This is a contract opportunity (targeting 40hrs per week). 

You Will: 

• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks, ensuring the quality and integrity of the data.
• Perform basic data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to create meaningful visualizations, graphs, and charts that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Support the creation of regular reports and presentations that outline key findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Participate in team discussions to contribute fresh perspectives and ideas for improving data analysis processes and strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning to expand technical skills and stay updated with industry trends, aiming to grow into a proficient data analyst role.

You Have: 

• Experience in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying from relational databases, showcasing your ability to navigate complex datasets efficiently.
• Experience in one programming language, such as Python or R, enabling you to perform data analysis, manipulation, and visualization tasks using appropriate libraries and tools.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and provide actionable insights, demonstrating your capacity to contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively convey insights and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating collaboration and informed decision-making.
