About The Role
PartnerHero is seeking a proactive and process-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are committed to delivering exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. What you'll do...
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues across Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Offer exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and others.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and procedures.
What we expect from you:
- 1-2 years of experience in information technology or technical support.
- Experience in Inventory Reconciliation is a big plus!
- Extensive familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Understanding of network fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and others.
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proactive and able to manage tasks independently.
- Process-oriented with a good eye for process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
