Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting successful delivery of projects as measured by schedule, quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction. During the project life cycle, you communicate status with regular frequency, monitor risks, issues, and financial performance according to contract agreements made between Avanade and the client.
Day-to-Day You Will:
- Be part of the D365 Evolution team providing ongoing value to our clients
- Support senior team members with project planning, estimating, and activity coordination
- Support with risk management activities, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and processing workflows, potentially supporting a senor delivery lead
- Delegate specific tasks to team members
- Organize project files
- Manage timelines and maintaining records
- Track project financials, including creating work orders and validating the invoices
- Project status reporting
- Participate in project change management and change enablement activities
Your Skills Include:
- Infrastructure or Microsoft background/knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project management activities (e.g. creating estimating models and/or pricing models, creating work orders, managing project financials, creating and maintaining risk/issue logs, change control process, etc.)
- Experience with offsite and offshore delivery preferred, but not required
- Good oral and written communication in English
- Results oriented and self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment
- Time management skills
- Customer oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in software development
