We are hiring a Project Control Manager to assist with our fast paced, high growth team. We’re looking for a go-getter, someone who can help remodel/design our project control process. As a Project Control Manager you’ll support financial analysis, risk mitigation, and revenue reporting to help the program managers succeed. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build an actionable plan that meets all client requirements for financial management and reporting in a timely and seamless manner. You will help ensure the project controls process runs efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and communication with all stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Assist the transition from QuickBooks/manual reporting to Unanet Financials and automated project reporting/planning
- Strong understanding of the relationships, controls, and data surrounding the WBS, project management tracking tools and solutions, resource management, and ERP system project accounting is required
- Develop, manage, and promote the use of project management related templates
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build an actionable plan that meets all client requirements for financial management and reporting in a timely and seamless manner
- Assist with and provide shared oversight of project financial performance and its components within government contract programs, such as cost estimations, budgets, actuals, estimate to completes, estimated cost at completion, and variance resolution
- Provide project support to program managers on government programs, to include support of status reporting, issue tracking, resource management, and compliance
- Play a significant role in coordinating and tracking the standup of major government contract programs across program/project managers, resource managers, contract administrators, and project stakeholders
- Coordinate Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system project setup requirements and maintenance with program/project managers, contract administrators, and project accounting staff
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years of project control and government contracting experience
- Unanet ERP desired, Implementation experience a plus
- High level communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead a team
- Self driven and able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excel SME
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
Education:
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Accounting or Finance; MBA/MFA a plus
