Job Description
Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in the comprehensive management and oversight of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day involves coordinating various project activities, ensuring alignment with global delivery standards, and facilitating smooth execution from initiation through completion. You will collaborate with diverse teams to maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and support effective communication across stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning to safeguard project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting techniques.
- Experience in resource allocation and budget tracking within project environments.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software to enhance project visibility.
- Ability to analyze project data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Cebu office.
