POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the trafficking of materials for all media (per brand) at all stages of production between creative, desktop and merchandising. This includes print, web and any other medium required. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for tracking and adhering to creative budgets and schedules while ensuring accuracy of information from merchandising to the creative team. He/She must understand the overall brand requirements and partner with the creative team to achieve brand objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Trafficking of all media per brand
  • Coordinate schedules and trafficking for web site updates and emails as needed
  • Handling of all merchandise to creative team for still life and fashion photography
  • Work with desktop, art directors and merchandising to ensure accuracy in pick up photography as well as new photography
  • Responsible for accuracy of price cuts and deals
  • Responsible for pick up copy matching pick up art
  • Manages all photography budgets and alerts Project Director for discrepancies
  • Process, codes and records all creative invoices and submits to Project Director per brand
  • Review pages for release along with production
  • Works within designated workflow systems as determined by Company initiatives - such as image archive system, data base management and egg-sheet systems.
  • Attend photo shoots as needed
  • Coordinates airfare, hotel, catering, and location accommodations for photo shoots

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6 years catalog and/or web project management experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels of company management, personnel and outside vendors
  • Candidates must be proficient in Word & Excel
  • Experience with InDesign is a plus
