Working in a self-managed, team concept, the Project Coordination Analyst II will be part of the O&M Project team and will report to the Project Coordinator Manager. This candidate is responsible for assisting all program managers in the coordination of all activities related to the Projects program from idea stage to project completion.
This program is a business "start-up" to "maturity" journey and this role is fitted for a driven, creative and ambitious individual that is excited to embrace the team culture of a successful organization that is writing the book on public-private partnerships on higher education.
This position will sit Remote, CA and will report to the Project Coordination Manager - DES Customer Care.

What you'll do:
- Schedule post-construction services by coordinating the planned and reactive maintenance schedule to meet annual contractual obligations
- Coordinate daily activities between ENGIE, Energy Service Company (ESCO), Contractor, and end user
- Analyze current and future projects to prevent potential conflicts or create synergies with ENGIE's projects
- Maintain and revise as necessary the process and reporting templates for all projects
- Assist the Regional Service Manager to generate, track and record contractor change orders and process purchase orders
- Audit, generate, document and archive field service reports and provide as needed to clients
- Purchase job materials as directed by Account Service Advisor
- Process and track Vendor RMA's and reimbursements
- Review trouble-ticket progress monitoring and scheduling of unplanned maintenance/warranty calls
- Follow-up with field technicians/contractors as needed to ensure task completion
- Support Labor Compliance personnel with project related requirement documentation and upload to LCPtracker platform for California projects and multiple sub-contractors
- Ensure DIR required forms are provided and adhere to California Prevailing Wage labor requirements
- Lead small projects on an ad hoc basis
- Engage with all stakeholders to maintain excellent relationship and be at the forefront of innovation
- Carry out other duties as assigned
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of a four (4) year degree in engineering or similar degree in a relevant area
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience
- Equivalent work history in related field also considered
- For this position, you must have evidence of right to work in the U.S. There is no employer sponsorship of U.S. residency or work authorization with this role
- Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to foster a team culture of camaraderie, integrity and trust among the integrated project team members
- Basic understanding of California Prevailing Wage Requirements, Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS) and the California Apprenticeship Council (CAC) labor compliance forms is a plus
- Ability to work on achieving and potentially exceed targets as a team
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge of modern management tools in continuous improvement

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
Could involve some lifting

- Salary Range: $44,455-$114,010 USD annually
- Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
- In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
